Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive HR strategies that support the organization's vision and growth plans, support organizational change initiatives, and culture transformation efforts.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, promoting transparency and open dialogue within the organization.
- Anticipate future workforce needs and plan training and retention strategies accordingly.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts fairly and timely.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple geographies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the human resources domain in India.
- Proven experience handling a multi-geography organizational landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification from a recognized HR institution is a plus.
- Experience with HR software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
