Position Overview:

Join our dynamic HR team as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving strategic HR initiatives. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can effectively align HR practices with our organizational goals, cultivate a high-performing workforce, and enhance overall employee experience. This position is located in our Goa office and will report to our VP of People & Culture.

This is an onsite role in our Goa office with a work schedule of Monday through Friday 2:00 pm IST - 11:00 pm IST. Relocation assistance will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is based on experience, with a range of up to 20 lakhs per annum (LPA). However, we are open to offering a higher package for exceptional talent with the right skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Support:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, providing strategic HR guidance on various people-related matters.
  • Develop leadership capabilities through tailored coaching, training, and development programs.

Performance Management:

  • Drive the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
  • Coach managers and employees to ensure constructive and equitable performance feedback.

Workforce Planning & Career Development:

  • Collaborate with leaders to design and implement career pathing strategies that align with both organizational objectives and employee aspirations.
  • Support career development through mentoring, training programs, and succession planning.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Enhance the recruitment and onboarding processes to create an inviting experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to align hiring strategies with organizational culture and values.

Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to devise and implement workforce planning strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analyze workforce needs to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business demands.

Succession Planning:

  • Work with leadership to identify key roles and develop succession plans to ensure organizational stability.
  • Implement initiatives to cultivate and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of respect, equity, and belonging.
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and nurture a diverse workforce.

Multi-Location Support:

  • Provide consistent HR support across various business units and locations, including remote teams.
  • Tailor HR strategies to address the unique needs of different locations while maintaining alignment with company goals.

Employee Engagement:

  • Organize and facilitate activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage international HR experience to support global teams and navigate cross-cultural dynamics.

Project Management:

  • Lead HR-related projects that support corporate initiatives and strategic goals.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience in career development, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • International HR experience is highly desirable.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a generalist focus.
