Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Corporate Human Resources at Dolphy. The role involves managing day-to-day HR tasks, overseeing employer branding efforts, hiring senior talents and developing new locations , developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and managing talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving talent management initiatives.
