Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at CURIO GROUP in Noida. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the company's strategic HR planning.

• Employee Relations and HR Policy development skills
• Legal Compliance knowledge
• Experience in strategic HR planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments
• Previous experience in home decor or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Army Background Preferred
