Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Kochi. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

5 plus years of experience as HR Manager from an IT industry

Stong knowledge and experience in creating HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Experience in training and development programs
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Proficient in HRIS software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
