The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Learning & Development (L&D) Department, Employee Shared Services Department, and Global Mobility Department. This role will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various employee levels and departmental needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Employee Shared Services:
- Manage the Employee Shared Services team to deliver high-quality HR services including onboarding and benefits administration
- Implement and maintain efficient HR processes and systems to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Global Mobility:
- Oversee global mobility policies and programs, including expatriate assignments, international transfers, and relocation support.
- Manage the end-to-end global mobility process, including visa and work permit administration, relocation logistics, and assignment management
Communications:
- Lead the Communications Specialist and oversee the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to effectively convey HR initiatives, policies, and updates.
- Ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms, to foster transparency and enhance organizational culture.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
