Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. They will also be responsible for HR management and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment Management
• On-boarding & Induction
• Monthly/Annual MIS
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations
• Ensure legal and stat compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure HR objectives are aligned with business goals
• Payroll-Attendance, Leave, F&F
• Employee medical
