Job Description:
As a Senior HR Executive at Sunfox Technologies, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, and ensuring effective HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team and management to foster a positive work environment and support our mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire top talent.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Support performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred.
