Role Business HR - Manager

• Shift - 9.5 hour window - preferably starting from 3:30 pm
• Excellent communication skills
• Industry - Preferred BPO/Services and can look for other industries as well
• Must have experience in managing employee span of 700-800
• Work Type - Hybrid - 3 days working from office

ALT Recruit - JD

• Develop people strategies to solve for business problems and achieve desired business outcomes
• Drive key people practices in tandem with operations leads
• Foresee cadence around people practice evaluation
• Key stakeholder management (Internal & External)
• Drive compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards across portfolio
