Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders globally within and out of the HR organization to drive enterprise wide initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to build in market employment branding and candidate pipelines in anticipation of business needs.
  • Build and implement talent assessment and development programs addressing company-wide needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnership.
