Title: Senior Associate People
CTC: 6 LPA
Position Overview:
The Senior HR Associate is responsible for managing HR functions for our retail team's blue-collar workforce. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop strategies to attract and retain blue-collar employees and oversee onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain employee records, and assist in audits.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and monitor employee metrics.
- Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities, conduct exit interviews, and develop retention strategies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, facilitate programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Health and Safety: Promote workplace safety, conduct audits, and resolve safety concerns.
- HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits and generate HR reports.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or blue-collar environments.
- Skills: Strong HR knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
