Primary Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Human Resource Manager at Moris Media:
- Lead and manage the HR department , ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation benefits, and training development.
- Oversee the recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations , addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations .
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation .

Education:

- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and performance management software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
