MANDATORY EXPERIENCE OF 8-10 YEARS IN TALENT ACQUISITION/LEGAL/ADMIN ROLE IN A CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process for skilled labor, engineers, and support staff.
Partner with construction project managers to understand staffing needs.- Implement hiring strategies to reduce turnover and meet project demands.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and selection of candidates for specialized construction roles.
- Training and Development:
Develop and implement employee training programs focused on safety, compliance, and technical skills.- Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring they understand job roles, safety protocols, and company policies.
Organize continuous professional development for managers and site supervisors.
Implement performance management systems to evaluate staff efficiency and productivity.- Address performance issues and ensure regular appraisals for field and office staff.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the productivity of construction workers and project teams.
Serve as a liaison between site management and staff to address workplace issues.- Manage conflict resolution and maintain an open-door policy for employee concerns.
Conduct site visits to assess morale and ensure adherence to HR policies.

: Develop HR policies tailored to the construction industry.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to improve HR processes.Leadership and Team Management
: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, both on-site and in the office.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and workforce management.
Foster strong relationships with project managers, engineers, and field workers to address their HR needs.

Education
: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience
: 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Experience managing HR in a unionized workforce is a plus.Skills:
