- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits, and performance data. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- HR Systems and Tools: Oversee the management and administration of HR systems and tools, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), timekeeping systems, and other software applications. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user support.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork, and setting up employee profiles. Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination documentation.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs. Respond to employee inquiries, facilitate enrollment, and collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members. Assist in conducting investigations and disciplinary actions as required.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and diversity. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting HR operations. Ensure HR practices and processes are compliant with legal requirements.

As a
Senior HR Specialist, having
HR operations is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of
Auditing will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a
Human Resource aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of
HR Compliance, Auditing. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
