Responsible for handling recruitment for Non-IT Industry positions.
Responsible for understanding requirements and provide support in Sourcing/ screening of the Candidates.
Involved in Sourcing candidates from different channels (Online/ Headhunting/ Referrals)
Team Handling Role.
Clients Handling Role.
Hands on knowledge of working on Naukri, LinkedIn and other tools
Must be energetic and willing to learn more.
