  • Position : Senior HR Manager
  • Roles & Responsibilities
Identify the department's objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on.
  • Will be responsible for handling Employee Lifecycle, Employee Grievances, Payroll Policy Implementation, Automation, Employee relations and Performance Management.
Develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
  • Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process
Addressing the employees issues, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource or business management
  • Minimum of 6+ years of working experience and have worked in the managerial role.
Exceptional Human resources management skills
  • Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management
  • Preferred Potentials
Complete know-how of talent recruitment processes and employee benefits programs
  • Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software
Complete understanding and familiarity with the Human resource management software and tools like application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools
  • Sound knowledge of HR & Labour laws, employee benefits and compensation plans
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people management, mentorship and leadership skills
Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations
  • Abilities to ensure legal compliance
