As a Senior HR Manager you lead the HR function for our operations in India and GCC region, managing a team of 25 people, with additional responsibilities for overseeing HR and Admin activities across India and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations and cross-border HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team in India and GCC, driving HR strategy and operations;
Qualification/Knowledge/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred);
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role;
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals;
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices;
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with organizational change management and employee relations;
Ability to manage and lead HR teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within multiple countries (GCC experience is a big plus);
Position is based in Bangalore, India and must support GCC region.
