Senior HR Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in the Indian job market context and be well-versed in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage employee performance through goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-10 years of experience in HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
