The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and legal compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout .
Proven experience as an HR executive or in other HR positions.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Degree in MBA Human Resources
