As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all human resources activities within the company. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Chennai and a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Handle payroll and salary management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee training and development needs
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
Location
Chennai - T.Nagar
Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm (cab not offered)
Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000
