Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Tirunelveli (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. With over 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives that support organizational growth, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The Senior HR Generalist will work closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that foster a positive work environment and align with the companys business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Lead the recruitment process, including talent acquisition strategies, interviews, and onboarding for key roles.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing workplace issues, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Policy & Compliance:
  • Create, update, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives. Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal standards, conducting audits, and updating policies as needed.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth.
  • HR Strategy:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the companys goals and culture.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide management and employees.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HR software and data analytics.
