Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or services industry
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Certification in HR management is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and communication
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
