Job Description

  • Understanding various requirements,job specification for respective job Openings. Placing advertisements on job sites for various openings.
  • Searching profiles and screening the resumes from job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, etc.
  • Identifying Professionals in the market through references.
  • Taking preliminary Telephonic Interview for Short listing and determining the candidates goals and suitability for the position.
  • Following up with Clients and Candidates for Scheduling interview and Salary negotiation.
  • Responding to online/offline queries from the candidates.
  • Handling the Positions of Senior, Middle Level management.
  • Coordinating with the clients for constant feedback for further improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Employee Grievances, Onboarding and exit Formalities.
