Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day human resources support and exceptional internal customer service, while executing duties that improve the employee experience and support the business. This position will work closely with other key groups in the People team to ensure initiatives and programs are aligned with the organization's objectives. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of key People processes and systems, while building direct relationships with an experienced People team, leaders, and professionals.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational people support to team members and leaders throughout the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and focused touch bases
- Collaborate to support team members across multiple sites and business platforms, and with the Enterprise leadership team in the U.S. Find right balance between aligning practices and supporting unique needs across organizations.
- Partner with Leader to execute existing and new HR policies and procedures, change management, including the delivery of training communications to team members and Leaders as needed
- Drive for excellence in service delivery through timely execution of HR business objectives.
- Learn and understand roles and career paths in the organization to map skills, promote and contribute to the development and growth of our people and business
- Research and report on market data information to assist in determining external equity and share current compensation trends.
- Identify and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in Team member experience and efficiency of department, programs and services performed
- Interpret and administer company policies and governmental regulations that apply to State-specific and National employment laws; assure broad understanding and compliance.
- Comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate aspects of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and ordinances in partnership with the People and Legal teams.
- Partner with Leaders to manage performance with discretion and diplomacy, while coaching and facilitating sound and timely feedback
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback and recommend next steps.
- Execute People processes in Workday HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy in alignment with Enterprise standards.
- Assist with payroll and Workday HRIS system
Education and Experience:
- Masters's degree in Human Resources or related field with 10+ years of Human Resources experience preferably in the areas of Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Statutory Compliance.
- 3+ in a Senior HR Generalist role with in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, applying comprehensive understanding of State-specific and national employment laws, including compliance with the Shops and Establishments Act, labor welfare provisions, and statutory regulations like EPF, ESI, and minimum wage laws.
- Experience with HR business applications and systems, such as Workday, Payroll and applicant tracking, or similar database and query tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-starter who can multi-task, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships identifies opportunities and takes action to work collaboratively; builds partnerships across all functional areas.

Regional Languages:
