Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including initial candidate screening, interviews, and coordinating onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist employees and managers throughout the evaluation process.
- Contribute to career development programs by identifying training needs and recommending suitable initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping resolve workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws, assisting with HR documentation and reporting.
HR Policy & Procedure Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Help communicate and enforce HR policies to promote a fair and respectful workplace.
Learning & Development
- Support training initiatives, working with the HR team to enhance employees skills and performance.
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
