Using job portals, internet sites, referrals, and social medial platform to source consultants.
Screening the consultants and gathering required data for Staff-Line.
Responsible for On-boarding Process.
Sharing BGC updates with candidates in Placement Tracker to keep them updated on the progress.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with the consultants.
Ensure Staff-Line Hygiene at all the times, which includes adding all candidates to the Staff-Line Portal and maintaining all the activities related to calling, managing notes, sharing jobs etc.
Using Job Portal IDs effectively and managing views efficiently. This also includes sending all viewed resumes to [Confidential Information]
Maintaining hygiene of Staffline Dashboards.
Using company provided VOIP/DID or supported company approved apps for calls.
Use MS Teams as formal communication.
Manage and deal with sensitive information relevant to the candidate in a responsible way.
