Job Title: Power Electronics Senior Hardware Engineer (Magnetics)

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description: Hardware Engineer who will be responsible in:

• Design and testing of magnetics (inductor/transformer) for power electronic converters (AC-DC/DC-DC).
• Characterization and testing of different magnetic materials.

Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of power electronics (AC-DC, DC-DC etc.).
• Solid understanding in magnetics basics with experience in polyphase transformers preferred
• Thorough knowledge of different magnetic and winding materials.
• Proficiency in design and simulation using FEM based electromagnetic software such as Ansys Maxwell or Altair Flux.
• Keen Knowledge on characterization of magnetic materials.

Qualifications: Masters in electrical engineering degree in any of the following disciplines with specialization in Power electronics

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience
