Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, development and testing of new hardware projects.

2. Maintaining, upgrading and adding new features in existing projects.

3. Documentation.

4. Developing SOPs for hardware testing.

5. Develop Schematics and BOMs to satisfy the design requirements.

6. Analyze the design with simulation tools and calculations to verify its conformance to the requirements.

Skills and Experiences:

1. Schematic capture and PCB layout design for mixed signal boards (Cadence, Altium, Eagle etc.)

2. Good knowledge of hardware simulation software (Mindi / LTSpice / OrCAD PSpice / other simulation software)

3. Strong fundamentals in analog and power electronics design.

4. Experience in electronic circuit design/development with microcontroller-based embedded systems.

5. Good knowledge of inter-module communications protocols (I2C, SPI, etc.)

6. Strong documentation and communication skills.

7. Experience with working with multi-layer PCBs

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / ME /M.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science or allied fields.
