Job Description:
The Good Custom Collective is seeking a highly talented and creative e-commerce Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with experience working across multiple channels such as web, social media, marketing, branding, logo design, packaging and art direction. As an E-commerce Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online stores and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Web Design:
-Create and maintain visually engaging web content for The Good Custom Collective and its sub-brands.
Brand Development:
-Develop and maintain the visual identity of the collective brands across all channels.
-Create design guidelines and standards for consistent branding.
Design Execution:
-Produce high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile devices.
-Create compelling graphics, icons, and layouts for digital media.
-Design social media profile pictures, cover photos, posts, and other infomercial.
Collaboration and Leadership:
-Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
-Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction.
Project Management:
-Manage multiple projects, ensuring flexibility through revisions and attention to detail.
-Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and colleagues.
Innovative Design Solutions:
-Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in graphic design.
-Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve branding and marketing efforts.
-Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, developing interactive designs.
-Keep up with emerging technologies and design trends.
Digital Asset Management:
-Oversee the organization and maintenance of a digital asset library.
Art Direction:
-Provide creative input and direction for photoshoots, video shoots, and other multimedia projects.
Packaging Design:
-Design innovative and attractive packaging for The Good Custom Collective, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an e-commerce or leadership role.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
-Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
-Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for online marketing and branding.
Creative Skills:
-Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
-Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
-Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
Communication Skills:
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Project Management:
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
