Experience Co. projects are built around 3 things, one - designing and running travel experiences across 20+ countries, nurturing a community of over 5000+ handpicked curated people who have been part of our experiences, and driving life-altering collisions & epiphanies through our experiences & communities.
ExCo is a bootstrapped, profitable company backed by a team that has over 100+ years of cumulative experience in running, creating & producing experiential events across the world from Iceland to Japan and everything in between.
We are a growing luxury, aspirational and invite-only brand at the intersection of travel x community. We are looking for a graphic & video designer who can contribute to our creative team.
What you'll do
TLDR; Create high impact thumb-stopping designs for our Creative & Communications Team - for socials, videos & ads. Great plus if you know how to write copy for brands.
The longer version
Travel is core to the Experience Co. business & our members are some of the dynamic professionals & talent in the country. Think Director @ Netflix, Design Lead at Meta, Emmy award winning artists, International Art Project founders and beyond.
As a Senior Graphic at Experience Co. you will get a chance to work with a dynamic creative team that produces, curates & creates content across the world. You'll directly work with the Creative Strategist, the video team & the marketing team to contribute to projects from Iceland to Japan.
Your role will also extend to the communications team at Experience Co. where you will simplify travel for our high profile guests through design.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Create thumb-stopping video & graphic ads for gorgeous destinations across the world with finesse and sophistication for Instagram
- Create youtube thumbnails that catch attention
- Create layouts for Instagram that can be re-purposed consistently
- Design Emails to promote various experiences of Experience Co.
- Stay updated on design trends, particularly in digital advertising and social media, and integrate fresh ideas into your work to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Communications
- Create canva decks for customers
- Compress variety of information through design for different customer touchpoints
Youd be a great fit if you
- Have worked at a Creative Agency before or have delivered freelance projects
- Can take your designs from the moodboard level to production level quickly
- Have experience in creating static & video ads for Instagram
- Understand music, design and how can they be brought together
- Can wear a strong brand lens while being creative
- Have strong sense of typography, layout, following brand guidelines
- Can iterate, learn and improve your creative process iteratively
