Job Overview:

We seek a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join ourField Readiness and Enablement Digital Learning Development Team. As a key team member, you will be crucial in creating visually compelling learning materials and internal visual design requirements using your expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

Learning Material Design:

Collaborate with the Learning Strategy and Design Team to create engaging and compelling visual content for training materials, presentations, creative multimedia asset creation, and learning resources.

Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.

Creative Suite Mastery:

Utilize advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various learning materials.

Enhance PowerPoint presentations with visually impactful design elements.

Brand Alignment:

Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Work closely with the Field Readiness and Enablement brand teams to maintain consistency across all learning materials.

Interactive Learning Assets:

Develop interactive and multimedia elements for learning modules, including but not limited to infographics, animations, and interactive presentations.

Adaptability:

Quickly adapt to new design challenges and project requirements.

Stay informed about the latest Creative Cloud updates and incorporate new features into design workflows.

Collaboration:

Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather insights and requirements for effective visual communication.

Feedback Incorporation:

Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design solutions.

Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Advanced skills in PowerPoint design and presentation layout.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

10+ years in Design Agency, eLearning companies, or Publishing environment

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

Experience in designing for educational or training content is a plus.
