As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team in creating visually stunning and effective graphic solutions across various platforms
You will work closely with the creative director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling designs that align with the company s brand identity and objectives
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and excellent leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and execute design solutions for a wide range of projects including print collateral, digital assets, packaging, presentations, and more.
Develop and maintain the company s brand identity across all design materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Review and approve designs created by junior team members, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized design projects.
Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for design team members, identifying areas for growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior designers.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
Familiarity with web design principles and experience creating digital assets for online platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
