The Senior Graphic Designer will play a critical role in our creative department, focusing primarily on the conceptualization and execution of innovative brochure designs alongside other graphic materials. This position demands a blend of creative flair, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to deliver visually appealing designs that communicate effectively with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and innovate in the design of various marketing materials, with a focus on brochures, ensuring that each project communicates effectively and aligns with the client s branding strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize design ideas that meet business objectives.
- Create and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques and processes into daily work.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brochure design and other marketing materials.
- Mastery of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
