Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in cosmetics or related fields and a strong portfolio showcasing their talent and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Lead Design Projects: Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver innovative design solutions that meet business goals.

Mentor Junior Designers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously enhance design processes and methodologies by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct Research: Perform thorough research and analysis to understand target audience preferences and market trends, informing design decisions accordingly.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Track Record: Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work in a fast paced environment.

Industry Experience: Experience working is preferred but not required.
