Job Brief:

Seeking a Senior Designer with a flair for creating user-focused designs that guide and influence customer journeys. This role involves strategically designing for various platforms, including social media, annual reports, and print collaterals for events.

What to Expect in a Day:

- Brainstorming and strategizing design approaches for various projects.

- Developing design concepts that align with user journeys and marketing goals.

- Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration of design into marketing campaigns.

- Guiding junior designers in creating user-centric design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Seeing through design projects from conception to delivery, focusing on user persona and customer journey.

- Strategically create design solutions for social media posts, annual reports, event collaterals, and more.

- Design original graphics, infographics, and visual storytelling elements.

- Ensure design consistency and quality across various platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align designs with marketing strategies and brand vision.

- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Designer role, with a focus on strategic design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design formats.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Strong understanding of design principles, especially in relation to user experience and customer journeys.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
