Responsibilities
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and visual content that align with our brand identity.
- Design engaging marketing materials such as banners, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
- Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional look.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars that reflect our brand's voice and values.
- Schedule and publish posts on various platforms, optimizing posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive online atmosphere, addressing both positive and negative feedback with empathy and problem-solving.
- Content Creation:
- Craft compelling and shareable social media captions, stories, and posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop eye-catching graphics for blog posts, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates.
- Use data insights to refine and optimize social media strategies for better results.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance to the management team.
