We are seeking talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designers with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team at Ocean Designograph Pvt. Ltd. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique and impactful visuals for diverse clients, ensuring their brand stories are effectively conveyed through exceptional design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring fresh, innovative perspectives to each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce creative visual assets, including brand identities, packaging, print materials, digital campaigns, social media content, and more for a range of clients.
- Ensure designs adhere to client briefs while maintaining Ocean Designograph's high standards for creativity and design excellence.
- Work closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to develop custom design solutions that align with branding, marketing goals, and user engagement strategies.
- Deliver print and digital designs, demonstrating expertise in layouts, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Lead projects from concept development through final production, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push creative boundaries and offer fresh ideas to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience working in or with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
