The Senior Graphic Designer is a creative and strategic role responsible for leading the design team, managing design projects from concept to completion, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, technical skills, and leadership capabilities.
Design Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
- Oversee the visual direction of all design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies, implementing best practices to keep the team's work current and innovative.
Creative Development:
- Develop and produce creative concepts for a variety of mediums including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, product packaging, and corporate materials.
- Ensure all design elements and visual content are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and proper version control.
- Oversee the preparation of files for print production, including color correction, proofing, and liaising with printers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design, typography, and conceptual thinking.
