What you will do:
Position Overview: The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design solutions that align with our clients business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of web design principles, B2B marketing strategies, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts for web design projects, ensuring they meet the needs and objectives of our B2B clients.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital and print platforms.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and B2B marketing.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final product.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all design work aligns with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
Optimize graphics and design elements for web performance and usability.What you should bring:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on web design and B2B marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design.
Experience with UX/UI design and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and B2B marketing collateral.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
