Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is capable of leading design projects from concept to completion and create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. You will collaborate with our clients, fellow designers, and project managers to deliver visually stunning and effective design solutions that meet our clients needs.

To be successful as a senior graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content. Preference will be given to those with a strong portfolio, bachelor's degree, and relevant work experience. Ad agency experience would be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality creative assets, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, print collateral, web design, email campaigns and social media content.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production, including creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes conducting user research and testing, and presenting design concepts to the team for feedback and approval.
• Create and deliver motion graphics for various media. Work with copy and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, objectives, and feedback. Present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and uphold brand standards across all design deliverables for clients.
• Receive and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of design work.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) other similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

3-5 years experience
