Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design and creative efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand's visual identity, overseeing creative projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact design solutions across all platforms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that enhance our brand's visual identity and market presence.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Inspire and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to achieve design excellence.
2. Brand Design and Management:
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand design strategies and guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Design and oversee the production of visual assets for marketing materials, events, and social media.
- Develop visually compelling pitch decks and proposals to support partnerships and sponsorships.
3.Event Design and Execution:
- Direct the design and visual execution of major events, such as the FC Bayern Youth Cup India Edition and the Bundesliga Dream Project.
- Manage the aesthetic aspects of event logistics, including banners, jerseys, and other visual materials.
- Ensure high-quality visual experiences that engage and captivate participants and audiences.
4. Content Creation and Strategy:
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and align with brand objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, social media graphics, and other content assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce compelling visual content.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Create visually appealing pitch decks and proposals to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
- Act as the main point of contact for brand-related visual communications and collaborations.
6. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative initiatives and campaigns.
- Use insights and feedback to refine creative strategies and improve overall design impact.
- Prepare and present reports on creative performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale design projects and creative campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles, market trends, and creative strategy.
- Ability to drive innovation and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
