Senior Graphic & Brand Designer

Stegpearl is on the lookout for a Senior Graphic & Brand Designer to bring our brand vision to life across digital and print platforms with high-impact, strategic design. This in-office role is ideal for an experienced designer with a sophisticated eye for aesthetics, creative problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio showcasing versatile, high-quality design work.

Responsibilities:

Lead design projects by collaborating with marketing and creative teams to create visually compelling, brand-consistent designs across all channels.

Design impactful social media graphics, web layouts (Figma), flyers, and other marketing materials that enhance brand identity.

Include engaging graphics for platforms like YouTube, such as thumbnails, ads, and banners.

Ensure brand consistency and elevate our visual standards across social, print, and digital platforms.

Stay updated on modern design trends and adapt to new tools to keep designs fresh and relevant.

Apply a strong knowledge of typography to create visually balanced and effective layouts.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in graphic and brand design, with a solid portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Strong skills in typography, layout, and color theory, with an ability to drive creative strategy.
