The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure implementation, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.

2. Must have in-depth knowledge and proficiency and extensive work experience in .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure implementation, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks.

3. Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

4. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
