We are hiring for Full Stack Tech Lead and Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, React)

Full Stack Lead Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration,

continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using Java,

Spring Boot, React, and other modern technologies.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define

and prioritize product requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive

architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with company best practices and industry

standards.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the

development team.

Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies, tools, and best practices to

stay current with industry trends and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React, with a strong understanding of modern web

application architecture.

Experience with AWS, Terraform, or similar cloud technologies.

Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced,

product-focused environment.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Senior Full Stack Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to and collaborate with a development team, promoting teamwork, perpetual

learning, and shared knowledge.

Develop and fine-tune applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and the latest tech stack.

Enhance and assist in architecting data solutions using MSSQL and DynamoDB.

Engage with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other key players to comprehend

product needs and convert them into technological solutions.

Aid in making architectural choices in line with our best practices and the prevailing industry

benchmarks.

Enhance applications for optimal performance, robust security, and scalability.

Assist in creating and upkeeping CI/CD processes and automated test suites.

Address technical challenges and offer support to the development ensemble.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

5-8 years of professional experience in software development, majorly concentrating on web

and/or mobile applications.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React, underpinned by a good knowledge of present-

Exposure to AWS, Terraform, or like-minded cloud platforms.

Skill in architecting and launching RESTful APIs, microservices, and large-scale systems.

Acquaintance with Agile principles and a history of functioning in a swift, product-centric

setting.

Stellar problem-solving capabilities and communication finesse.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced,

product-focused environment.
