Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a particular focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and following best practices for coding standards, security, and performance.
- Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Experience:
- JavaScript: 4+ years of professional experience.
- TypeScript: 3+ years of professional experience.
- Node.js: 3+ years of professional experience developing server-side applications.
- React: 3+ years of professional experience building dynamic web applications.
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Back-End Development: Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with any 1 database (MySql / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
Preferred/Secondary Qualifications:
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Frontend Development : Good to have Hands on with React Native.
- Backend Development : Good to have Familiarity with Graphql.
- Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
