We're seeking an experienced Lead Developer/Senior Full Stack Developer to guide our technical strategy and development on a part-time basis. This role is critical in shaping the architecture and implementation of our MVP and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the overall technical architecture of the platform
- Guide and mentor our development team in best practices and efficient coding
- Implement core features of the MVP, including AI-powered content creation tools and social media integrations
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform
- Collaborate with the founder and product team to align technical decisions with business goals
- Provide technical leadership in selecting and integrating third-party services and APIs
- Contribute to code reviews and quality assurance processes
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in React.Js, Node.js, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
- Experience with AI/ML integration in web applications
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
- Track record of building scalable, production-ready SaaS platforms
- Experience in system architecture and technical leadership
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR tech or related industries
- Knowledge of AI content generation technologies
- Familiarity with social media APIs and integrations
- Experience working with remote, lean teams in a startup environment.
