JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Develop both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to our projects.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in full stack development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django).
- Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
