Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins, customising existing websites, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. You will collaborate closely with our design and Services teams to create compelling user interfaces and experiences.

• Experience : 6 years to 8 years

• Responsibilities:

Develop front-end website architecture and back-end website applications.

• Design user interactions on web pages.

Develop and maintain server-side applications.

• Create and maintain databases that integrate with WordPress.

Ensure cross-platform optimisation.

• Ensure responsiveness of applications.

Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

Write effective APIs.

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

• Create security and data protection settings.

Build features and applications with a mobile-responsive design.

• Write technical documentation.

Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Experience developing web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.

Experience with CMS frameworks such as WordPress.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with back-end frameworks such as Nodes or Django.

• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.

Knowledge of web security best practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Great attention to detail.

• Organisational skills.

An analytical mind.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with mobile application development.
