Senior Frontend Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and deliver responsive, visually captivating web applications that ensure a seamless user experience.

Take full ownership of the frontend architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with the design team to co-manage and evolve the design system, ensuring seamless consistency across different platforms.

Develop and implement user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, contributing to expanding the product's distribution.

Participate in product strategy discussions, offering insights on how to improve the accessibility and usability of financial services.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver features that meet both user and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

5 to 7 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on building polished, user-friendly interfaces.

Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design and execution.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

Experienced in working with and maintaining design systems, collaborating closely with designers to ensure a consistent visual language.

Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

Experience building performance-optimized user interfaces that create delightful user experiences.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.

Familiarity with React Native.

A genuine interest in crypto and its role in democratizing access to financial services.

Experience with accessibility standards and localization is a bonus.
