Skills:CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, COMMUNICATION (Verbal & Written), INFLUENCING & PERSUASION, SMART NEGOTIATION, KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES MANAGEMENT, NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Minimum Qualification :B.TECH/B.E/DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL/CIVIL ENGINEERING.

Job/Role Description:

Technical sales engineers are a key point of contact for our customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice/services. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for end to end sales cycle & business development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which ensures higher recall value. You'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support to theCustomer as per his concreting application,Project details and cost savings.

What you'll be doing Potential sales lead identification, who will benefit from company products or services and maximize customer's potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Meet our existing customers and competition customers on regular basis and understand their Formwork requirements in the current and futureprojects Collect payments and completion certificates, performance reports and customer testimonials regularly. Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.

Salary:Rs: 7 Lacs PA (CTC) Plus Incentive.
